Better Call Saul doesn’t premiere until February, but AMC is keeping fans busy by releasing frustratingly vague teasers. The network released two new glimpses of the show yesterday, and they make it clear that the tone—and especially the dark humor—won’t stray far from Breaking Bad.
Though it doesn't reveal much about the plot, “Clean Shirts, Dirty Lawyer” tells us a lot about the main character. We see Saul's (Bob Odenkirk) classically loud shirts moving on a dry-cleaning rack, with a tag reading “Saul Goodman.” This actually is a big reveal, since we’ve found that the show will also feature him when he went by a different name, James M. McGill. Plus, know who owns a dry-cleaning company in the Breaking Bad universe? A certain Gus Fring. (One can only hope he’s back.)
